Is your number listed as Protected on your Nomo account page?
I read the setup instructions and it's kinda vague how to initiate the Protected status. It's step 7. The previous step (6) instructed to test your phone from your Nomo account page...which you successfully did...but to let your phone ring 3 times.
"You will immediately receive a call letting you know if everything is setup correctly. Please pick up the phone after the third ring."
I wonder why it's 3 rings? Did you wait for 3 rings? Then in Step-7, it reads (after waiting 3 rings), "Your number will now be listed as Protected."
Also, on your Nomo account page, is there an option to enable or disable Nomo? That seems like an essential feature if you're waiting for a critical call from an unknown number and you don't want Nomo tinkering with anything.

Yes, mine is shown as 'protected.' It has shown that status for 4 days. I did wait for three rings and I have done that several times just in case something was missed. Each time, the response is that Norobo is enabled on my phone. And, yes, I can enable or disable it. It is so frustrating because there is no reason why it should not be working. Cox actually checked it, too, and found out that it was successfully enabled. It just doesn't block calls.

Becky, I have emailed them 3 times and once through Facebook. I have had no response from any of those contacts.

At the risk of pissing you off...when a scammer calls you, does your phone ring more than once?
I did see a topic about Unblockable calls, but it doesn't make sense. It reveals a flaw if a spoofer uses a number "very close to your own." That's odd because it's a logic input: is the number on the Block List? (True or False) However, the topic is listed under iOS phones.
I did ask a question above about where you're seeing these little boxes. You may need to click one of the Load Next links to expand.

Bruce, yes, the phone rings until the spammer hangs up or my phone cuts him off. The little boxes are right in front of each of the phone numbers that are shown on my nomo page. Like a box that you would put an x in for some reason. They were empty before, now they have some icon in them. Basically, on my list of numbers that called my phone, it seems like they are being checked off as though they were blocked...which they weren't. I have reported 6 calls that are on the list that were not blocked. There are more but I'm starting to think they are going to do nothing about it and I'm spinning my wheels.

Is there any reason for me to keep Nomo on my computer if it isn't working? I don't know that I want the phone numbers of everyone who calls me listed there. They are treating this as an active account with all calls being blocked. The fact is no calls are being blocked so I'm wondering if it is better to just get rid of it. I would wait a week or so to see if they ever respond to any of my messages, but, after that, should I keep it or dump it?

I found the Cox page. It says I have already registered for Robo. Then I tried to sign in with my password and they said there was no such account. I've had it for 30 years and they had just said I was all set up with Romo. !

Keep Nomo on your computer? I thought it was a web page. Did you download an application for Nomo?

From what I've read today on other forums, you can't delete your Nomo account. You can only disable it. After disabling, I don't know if it'll keep logging your calls.
Yeah, just wait a week for them to reply or ignore. Like I said, it could be a glitch with Cox in your market or the Nomo-assigned number.
