New Mobile Order
I ordered a new mobile phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max) on November 28, I paid in full amount, when I ordered the phone it was in backorder, estimated delivery date supposed to be December 16. I never received the phone, I kept calling 2-3 times a week, COX couldn’t track my phone, finally they cancel the order around January 2 or 3 week and I kept calling for my money to return, every time I call they say they’re going to escalate the issue, but nothing is happening for last three months, I didn’t get the phone and I’m not getting my money back. On top of it COX is charging me monthly charges for my mobile account which I don’t have a mobile never activated.
