My phone displaying "No Line" for weeks.

My phone has been displaying "No Line" for a while. Weeks. (I don't use it very often). I don't think there's an interruption in service, I think it's not connected properly. I have both green lights...

Did you replace the modem when Cox upgraded the telephone technology?

    Yes. A few months ago. I just noticed my Hub (Homelife) light is red. Don't know if that has anything to do with it.

      Dunno.  Could be attributed to the same problem.

      Reboot the modem?
