iPad 4 and Cox app

I have an iPad 4 running iOS 10.3.3 and having problems with the Cox app on the device. When I download the app from the App Store it says I need an upgrade to a new version. When I try to upgrade to a new version it simply goes into a circular loop. What's going on?

      When I update the Cox app is says I need to update to the old version then it gets me into the circular loop.

        @Sooner AI, can you please reboot your iPad for me? After, please uninstall and reinstall the Cox app for me. Please also make sure your device's operating system is up-to-date with the latest iOS version. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
