Incoming calls aren't showing the phone number or the name
Only my outgoing calls are showing the phone numbers or the name. Not sure why they can't fix this issue.

Hover your cursor over "Wireless Caller" and the number will display as a pop-up. If not, try another browser.
I think the problem is OP is using a phone for everything. No cursor with a phone.
Your right it's a browser issue because I can get it to work by using the desktop mode on my phone.
