Question

I do not have long distance service on my home phone.&nbsp; But the past several months, my Cox bill shows I've made long distance calls to MY CELL PHONE which is a different area code.&nbsp; Cox charges .18 for a 1 second call to my cell phone.&nbsp; I wasn't at home on several occasions, so what the .......... is happening ?

Call Forwarding...Simultaneous Ring?&nbsp; Check the Phone Tools in your account for any enabled features.

Have you asked cox how they were charged if no one placed them?&nbsp; have them block long distance&nbsp;
