The Cox Call History page informs "Please allow 15 minutes for new activity to appear."
I got a call at approximately 7 PM but had missed its Caller ID on TV. I've been refreshing this page for 90...
If you're using a shortcut to get to "Voice Tools", have you tried using the Phone "Helpful Tools" Settings link from Cox's website? Maybe Cox changed the link when they fixed the buffering issue and you're going to the old website. It's not likely, but you guys were talking about crazy stuff. That would be crazy.
The Helpful Tools just takes you to a bunch of help articles. I did find a way to log in using voicetools.cox.com and also logged in to a link from a Google search: cox.com/ibill/home.html from which I clicked on My Account, then phone, etc. Call history failed on all of them. That was a good suggestion though. Thanks..
The Google search URL you included > My Account > Phone navigates to the "Helpful Tools" I referenced in my previous post.
"Helpful Tools" Settings, Voicemail and Contacts all go the same "Voice Tools" webpage you referenced with your link. Phone support is the only link to help articles. The top link at that webpage (COX VOICE HOME PHONE SUPPORT) goes to "Voice Tools" too.
Given the amount of time since your issue first occurred, I figured you would have been familiar with Cox websites that reference phone features. But you must have done a Cox search on "Helpful Tools" and found this site.
However you got there, it appears you tried the website links and "Call History" still didn't work. I didn't really think it would make a difference, but we wouldn't have known for sure if you hadn't tried it. Now we know.
