No, it's working like a charm thanks to you, except when Cox "enhances" their side of the process.

I no longer have the spread. If Cox continues this notation with double quotes, perhaps you can change the formulas.
Would the following search return any results: CHAR(39)
If so, you could replace it with the following: CHAR(34)
Like I said...if Cox continues with this notation.
