Call Waiting keeps getting turned back on
I keep turning off call waiting via phone settings online and it turns back on after a few days.
I live on conference calls and this is SUPER ANNOYING.
What needs to be done to fix this?

- Hello. When you access voice tools on cox.com and attempt to disable it, does a prompt appear at the top of the page that says call waiting is turned off? -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator.
