call waiting - can't toggle through online interface

Anyone else with Cox voice service that can't toggle on/off the Call Waiting feature? Reported to Cox a couple months back and no solution. I can't believe that everyone is suffering from this i...

if you are trying to use your cell phone to toggle ont he web page, select to use desktop site, then try it.
