Call to reset the modem to get an update.

I received several calls asking to speak to my wife.  They say the router is not accepting updates and they need to check settings. The call is from Kenner, LA 504-305-4048.  Is it legitimate?  ...

    (504) 305 numbers are all assigned to Comcast IP Phone LLC, Airus Inc and Sprint Spectrum.  Not Cox.

    Scam.
