Did you mean OEM? That's probably not quite right for leased software, but I'd know what you meant.
I think you said your mother uses Cox, but you already stopped using them... years ago. Switching TV provider wouldn't help anyone with a broken voice tools (phone) website. I've already said it's my choice to use Call History. Continuing to tell me what you would do instead isn't being helpful.
