Becky, yes I have deleted the app, restarted my iPad, (multiple times) then reinstalled the app. It seems to load calls history intermittently. It was fine yesterday, but I went on it today and calls would not load🙁
The problem is on Cox's (or third party's) end and not on the user. I've had the same issues over the past couple days... Cox.s web page for Voice Tools loads fine, it's the actual data; call history, etc. that hangs.
