Hi there, Cox doesn't throttle any of our data connections. I'd really like to review your account regarding this matter. To do so you'd need to provide your complete address and account name via a Facebook private message, Twitter direct message, or email to cox.help@cox.com. You may also choose to either swap out the equipment at one of our Retail Stores or return it and choose to use your own equipment.
