Hello Tajkkj,
I am sorry that you continue to have this issue and that your email keeps being locked. I can imagine how frustrating this would be, especially since it has happened multiple times. I recommend changing your password to one that has never been used, setting up 2-factor authentication, and running checks for viruses/malware on all devices that you use to check your email or log into the Cox website. If you continue having trouble, can you email us at cox.help@cox.com with your name, address, and a link to this thread?

Hey Tiffany,
I am just running the McAfee version that I get to use from being a Cox Customer. Is that enough or do we need more ?

That should be enough. There are many security software out there and our Cox Security Suite powered by McAfee offers both virus and malware scans combined. It is important to keep it and your computer system updated as well since zero-day viruses come out daily. Meaning that there are people out there creating new viruses to reak havoc all the time and by keeping everything updated, it will have a better chance of recognizing those viruses and helping you to get them removed.

I would do a scan with Malwarebytes. IMO McAfee isn't very good.
