Worst Customer service, hands down
Why is it so hard to get simple service from Cox agents?? I have been horribly "assisted" THREE TIMES by Cox customer agents, and STILL have NO resolution to the issue. Nirav was my agent today, also completely inept. Claimed they had to transfer me to Retention when I already have my new service set up at my new condo, and JUST WANT TO CANCEL the old service when I move out. I asked to cancel repeatedly, and now after 20 minutes of wasted time (all in we're at 65 minutes of bogus service time) - I've been GHOSTED.
Agent claims they have to transfer me after 20 minutes of rigamarole. Then they DO NOTHING. Now all I want to do is CANCEL my new Cox service and get AT&T because they can't even handle the simplest of transactions. Nirav and other agents, I'm sorry you need more training. I've HAD IT with horrid customer service, Cox.
