Why would you do planned service in the middle of day when all the customers working from home have virtual meetings? Seriously, why not do it in off peak hours!!

Why would you do planned service in the middle of day when all the customers working from home have virtual meetings? Seriously, why not do it in off peak hours!!

Probably because they needed to do it during daylight to accomplish the task.
