Why is Cox wifi so bad?

Randomly throughout the day and night I disconnect to wifi. Infuriating is not even enough to describe this situation. I have to reset the router for several (15-30) seconds and it works only ~50% of the time.

    Hello, does the modem reset when you lose WiFi service? Does this happen exclusively on WiFi or does this also happen on a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection? Are all devices experiencing intermittent connectivity? Your modem levels are within the normal specifications, and I'm not seeing any packet loss either. I am including an article that discusses ways to improve WiFi speeds. This article is also helpful for fixing intermittent connectivity on WiFi, as this issue could be related to inadequate WiFi coverage and/or network congestion.

    I don't understand.  Commercials claim Panoramic is the "smartest" WiFi ever.  Why would the smartest WiFi ever keep disconnecting?  Strange.
