Why is Cox email marking acceptable email as "Spam"?
I have Spam filtering off but emails that are not spam are being tagged as "Spam". Why? How can I stop this?

Hello Taffeys,
Checking on that ticket you have submitted. It has been closed stating options would be to mark such emails as "not spam" or to create a rule sending any emails from these accounts to route to your inbox.
