Why is Cox email marking acceptable email as "Spam"?
I have Spam filtering off but emails that are not spam are being tagged as "Spam". Why? How can I stop this?

Organizations such as those are typically filtered out as spam due to customer experience. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience.
