So this is Cox's response to the escalation of my Cox --SPAM-- email issues:
Hello, this is Jim with cox communications calling in regards to a ticket. That was submitted here for some of your emails being marked as spam if you don't have any rules or anything set up there it may just be that the senders have a high spam ranking with the company that we use that monitor that type of thing if you mark those as not spam that should help with their spam score and lower that down eventually you can also set up a filter rule to send the specified emails to your inbox instead of your spam folder. If that's where they're going if you need help setting that up go do this call back at 866-867-7644. Thank you
The emails that Cox has identified as --SPAM-- include the domains judicialwatch.org, shoprunner.com, walmart.com, breitbart.com, cox.com, dell.com, senate.ca.gov, ci.oceanside.ca.us, prolifealliance.org, marketwatchmail.com, dailycaller.com.
You tell me how any of these "senders have a high spam ranking with the company that we use that monitor that type of thing".
This new Cox email system is worthless. So you tell me why I am paying Cox ~$200 a month for this garbage. And you cannot opt-out of their email scanning/monitoring.
