Stupid question. How do I contact a moderator?
Contact them through one of the methods found here. I prefer the email cox.help@cox.com but some say Twitter is faster.
Isn't there any way to email or message an individual moderator?
No. You can mention a moderator by using the "@" symbol and then the username but they don't have unique emails. They probably do that for organization reasons and so individual reps don't get spammed. Why do you want to message a specific moderator?
Never mind I used Twitter and I found out that I can get it done by messaging them there but I can't figure out how to create a link to my thread?👍
