why does it take so long to get a server back up?

I think 5 days is beyond what is reasonable to resolve a server problem!!!  WTF?!

    Email server error over here... on multiple accounts.

    Getting:

         Login Failed

         Login to server imap.cox.net failed.

    Is this an known issue and is there an ETA ?

    Just called Cox and they know of the email server outage and are working on it.

      Thanks for the info.  You saved people the 40 minutes on hold.  None of the normal "help solutions" are working.
