Why Do You have a live chat button with no live chat??

Why have i had to change my password 3 times this week? Why was the internet disabled at my house and i had to call and no reason given?

Why is the internet dropping out so much with the panoramic wifi? i have to reset the modem 3-4 times a day called more this week than all last year.

      i just tried chat, why doesn't it work, fix that??

        bearone2 Very sorry to hear that chat isn't working for you.  Can you tell us what's happening when you try to access chat?  You might try clearing your browser cache to see if that fixes it, or perhaps try another browser.
