are you are a bot that keeps posting the same response to every new post?
The truth is I gave up on cox support years ago. If there was another provider in my area I would drop them in a heartbeat and never look back.
I literately dread calling cox and the chat is a complete waste of time.

story from the past. Called tech support let them know something was off in the area. Heat wave suddenly there are internet issues. Have a background in the IT field it looked like a device was going bad. Looked like every time it had issues the device was cycled, automatically or manually.
COX DID NOTHING UNTIL THE DEVICE FRIED!
Then the internet was down, at the worst time of day, while they replaced the device. They could have done it proactively, but that is not the cox way.
