I assume you mean you aren't receiving Webmail. Did you previously setup Webmail to forward to another email address?
Webmail > Settings icon > Settings > Inbox > Auto Forward
As of this afternoon, I stopped receiving emails in my Inbox on everything I forward to myself. The emails are sent properly (I sent to Gmail and they’re sending.). This is very frustrating. Please help
