Hi Lektrikwiz, you may not be getting your Cox Email through Windows Live Mail as a result of the changes to Cox Email security protocol. I just posted regarding this change on the Forums thread found at forums.cox.com/.../129961. Cox no longer supports the outdated version of the online security protocols Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1. We notified customers in February and March in anticipation of the change scheduled for April 11, 2023. You will need to update to an email client that supports the newer TLS 1.2 version in order to continue sending and receiving email. You can also continue to access your email account via Cox Webmail: myemail.cox.net. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Doesn't TLS only have to do with sending mail, not receiving it? How does this relate to OP's problem?
