I have IPv6 running fine at many other sites, just not one Gigablast fiber home site works (yes, in Phoenix area). Hardware is a mix at the sites: Unifi, Fortinet, SonicWall. All, same issue.
I have spoken to support many times over the years, and they tell you it is not supported for home fiber. Most recently just over a month ago when I had one of my ONT's replaced, I decided to give it another go, same results.

It doesn't sound like you don't want to troubleshoot so I suggest again to contact Cox directly. You have gotten input from users but you don't seem to believe it. The best Cox will be able to do is confirm if IPv6 works on fiber in your area. They won't support your hardware. They will probably try to up-sell you to Cox Complete Care. Good luck. Feel free to report here what you find out so it can help others.

What router are you using? Have you verified the router is setup for and properly update/configured for the use of IPv6? I am using a Netgear RAXE300

Can you post your IPv6 WAN settings as seen at ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > IPv6 as seen here. Edited for privacy of-course.
However, I think OP is using prosumer/enterprise grade hardware, which require extra configuration. I asked what OP was using but they seemed to avoid the question, which I assume has something to do with they are IT of some kind and doesn't want say what hardware the customer is using.
