WebMail UI and performance is horrible
As an application designer and developer, I can only state my opinion. And that opinion is the new WebMail UI and performance is horrible. How it ultimately made its way to deployment is absolutely scary.

Someone decided it was an improvement. What the paying customer thinks has been demonstrated to be irrelevant. This is what happens with business models like this where true competition doesn't exist.
