Webmail getting worse

Who keeps making the new Cox webmail harder & harder to use?  1.) Checked emails (to delete) stay in the inbox after clicking  the trashcan. One has to click the trash folder then return to the inbox to see them deleted.  IMO they should be gone almost instantaneously when clicking the trashcan.  2.) I spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to access my Rules filters and finally had to use the searchbox.  A week ago I clicked the left "settings" and there was a link to them - why change?  Many other things to complain about with this new webmail, but who cares?
