We used to have a direct link to check internet speed now it's not there

We used to have a direct link to check internet speed on a direct cable connection from the Support Menu/Internet, now when I go to the location on the website, it shows me 2 images that asks to down...

Bruce, I scrolled further down the page and there was nothing but URLs to information, about what Internet speeds are ideal, and tips to improve WiFi, etc, etc..

No "Let's chat" thingy?

You don't need Cox to use Ookla or SpeedTest.net.  If Cox removed the convenience of the link, don't use Cox...or their awful apps...to test your connection.
