Not sure if it's what you are looking for, but try here and click on "Run a Ookla speed test".

No, the URL took me to the same page I mentioned before. I looked for the "Run a Ookla speed test" but it's not on the page. FYI, I am using the latest version of the Mozilla Firefox browser.
I'll include a screen shot.

Can you try with Edge? I notice you don't have the "Let's chat" option on the bottom right either. Worked with latest firefox on Windows 10. See screenshot below.

OP only posted half the page. It's probably there.

I think what you see on the page depends if you have a Panoramic on your account. You could log out of Cox and click the link to see the Ookla option.
I wouldn't download an app just for a speed test. Besides, you should be testing from a variety of sites and not just Cox. Cox just wants you to download their app.

I think the point of the Cox speed test is to have the server on the edge of the ISP connection so you are testing what Cox provides. Other servers can tell you what you are getting off Cox network and to different parts of the internet.

Make sure you are LOGGED OFF from Cox, then you should see the below -
then you should get when you click on the link under Check Your Device Speed
Then - I am on preferred -

That is pretty good upload for preferred. I thought it capped at 10Mbps.
