I have someone at Cox looking into all this and the tech I’m working with will call me tomorrow. So I’ll let ya all know how it goes.

I’m working with Carol and Nicole out of Virginia on their Cox Social Media Support Specialist team. We’ll see what happens. Looks like my Microsoft Certified Network training is coming in handy after all, now that I’m retired, lol.

I hope they'll look into my receive issue as well as y'all's sending issues.

I hope to find out something tomorrow as Carol from Cox has confirmed a couple of times that she’ll call me and we can work through this verbally. Typing it over and over and over again with every Cox support staff is getting really old and ridiculous. I’ll update you all after the call.
I want to thank you all for keeping this thread alive by adding your input and issues. I can use it to refer any Cox tech to this one thread to review this awesome amount of history so they can see the pattern that is emerging.
Thanks again in advance.
UPDATE: 5/8/19 - Just got off the phone with Cox support and they are clueless as to how to fix the email issue. Carol, the support tech, helped as far as she could, but I was able to educate her on the fact that this is not a case of user error. I was able to prove that this is on Cox only using a browser and logging into WebMail. She said she would crate a trouble ticket and escalate the email problem, and I told her to send the trouble ticket, and future ones, squarely in the lap of the IT Network Administrator. And I could read between the conversation lines that there is, indeed, a 3rd party email/network vendor in the mix. To sum it up, we just wait for Cox to get off it’s collective butt and fix the email problems we’re all facing.
For me, I’m done beating a dead horse. I will keep my primary Cox email alive in case Cox needs to notify me of account info. I’m going to use outside email like gmail.com or hotmail.com from now on and forget Cox email even exist. Then I’ll start shopping out new ISPs.
I urge you all to keep adding to this thread as new issues arise, any clue comes to light, or a real friggen fix works. Keep the faith, it’s only a matter of time.
