Undeliverable mail error using Outlook on MAC
Using Outlook email on my MAC the Incoming email is received just fine. Cannot send outgoing email from my cox.net account. I receive the following error message in the undeliverable mail notice. I have checked all the email server settings and the are as they need to be per Cox email server information I can find.
What is the fix for this?
SmtpSubmissionPermanent5XXException: Smtp submission failed. Server 'smtp.cox.net' Port '465'. --> Unexpected SMTP server response. Expected: 250, actual: 503, whole response: 503 not available
