Unable to locate wifi password on router.

The directions say password is on bottom of router.  There is the word Password and the word password beside that. I've tried everything. Starting to get passed I'm paying for a service I can't even get to work.

    TXGRL1966, I am sorry you're having issues finding the password. Do you have anything listed above that, that says "preshared Key"?

    Look for SSID, (Network Name). and WPA PSK, (WFi Protected Access, Pre Shared Key)
