Typical I have to monitor their network but they give no work order or tracking information

So I post here yet again. Spent 15 minutes on chat with two responses. Think I'll post here and then turn it into the FCC. So, why can't I get a request number, ticket number when I turn in a problem...

I would love to know why your tech support always wants to sell me a modem rather than listen to the problem I'm having, with a resolution, IP address of the person/node feeding back into the system,

    If your connection works at all they consider it acceptable is what I’ve learned. You can provide proof, make multiple FCC complaints, and Techs can see and document problems, but nothing is actually ever resolved.
