Turn DHCP Off
I run my own servers for work purposes at home, and wondered if there was an option to turn off the built in IPV4 DHCP server on the CGM4140COM modem? I believe it's called the Pano modem

Unfortunately this is not possible, these devices are designed to only function as routers including the DHCP server. With a setup such as yours you might be better off using a retail purchased modem/router solution.
