ToS Opt Out

I saw this on Reddit and thought I should post it here for user awareness. Seems Cox put some legal mumbo jumbo in their ToS that stops you from suing them but they let you opt out of arbitration. Pinging nevada 1k for any legal expertise.

I think Cox previously had some mumbo jumbo to prevent you from suing them.

Cox would prefer to take your case to an arbitrator than a judge, and Cox had probably mandated this arbitrator beforehand.

Now, however, you can take your case to a judge.
