Okay thanks. I'm just curious if you are getting email notifications yet or is that also still broken?

Any and ALL settings are broken. It is off by default I think and can't enable it. Has anyone contacted Cox about it yet? It's been broken for years. I will write up a email later if you want. Or do you want to contact them?

I've contacted them many times about the broken issues and they keep telling me that the tickets are still open so I guess nobody knows how to fix these issues.
