Tiers of tech support

What are the tiers of on site tevh support?

I hear so many names that I don't know who is the most qualified. 

I hear:

Technician 

Field tech 

Supervisor 

Senior tech

Field specialist 

Network team 

Maintenance team.

Any differences?
