This company is becoming the worst internet company around..

 Why is it that I do without service more than with??? For ask such as you charge my service should work at all times!! Yet I find myself rebooting daily- sometimes I go days without service??? Please get your service working or cut prices ASAP

    We want you to get the service you're paying for. When you have a moment please email the full-service address, full name to cox.help@cox.com. Also, include a link to this thread and if you're having speed or connectivity issues with wired or wireless devices.
