These rat **

Just transferred my account to a new apt, not only did they promise would be cheaper. They added HBO saying it would be free, then swapped out my modem cause my old one would not work with this new package. Short story long I get my bill today and I'm paying even more, wtf! Bad enough ALL of Cox pachages ***! All I really want if just affordable internet but your forced to get a land line ( who actually uses their land line) and cable. Or pay just as much for internet, thanks Cox. But to make things worst, you contact the support team via chat and phone/ loyalty  ( who are great people, it's Cox who ***) and no one knows what happened or can help. Now I'm *** with a B.S bill I'm forced to pay or ruin my credit all BECAUSE COX HAS NO CREDIBILITY !
