The solution to, "Can no longer send outgoing mail using COX (SMTP) internet."

COX chat support was of no help and the links they sent me did not offer a solution either.  It's probably not your phone or you email client that is at fault.  The fault is that COX recently changed...

Thanks for the explanation. We customers knew that something was going on (behind the scenes).  You say it was changing their security settings.  But how did you figure that out?
