Hello. Perhaps I can help. What seems to be the issue with the service?
There is an outage again for over 2 hours at 92116, Kensington area of San Diego. This happens often and now with family and friends gathering on Christmas Eve enjoying holiday music and movies your company decides to cut corners and allow aged equipment to fail? And not have the right man power to fix this issue right away. There is no storm, no lightning and reason for this long delayed outage.

Wow I thought I was the only one that was upset about the ruined holiday by Cox. I have told them everyday for the past 6 days about it. I'm in Louisiana.
