The continuing deterioration of the internet in Tempe Az

I live in Tempe Arizona and for the past 30 days or do the cox internet system has been deteriorating by the day… lots of lock up and after say 5 minutes it come back on… then their is the item to where you are watching a movie or a show and POOF the sound is gone, which only comes back on when you change channels.

and let’s not forget that cox bills in advance … 

There is an issue with the cox system and cox has no idea where it is… everyday I lose internet for 10 minutes to 4 hours. You can’t call cox and tell them there is an issue, as their system is not reporting any at that time.. there is hard ware issue on Cox end in South Tempe AZ and cox is not pro-active in resolving this… they just sit back and wait for a call… and charge you in advance
