Hi Davidoo, while we are migrating all email accounts to our new platform, we are also working to improve performance. Are you experiencing any slowness while trying to access any other websites? If you are also experiencing any issues with other web sites loading, we recommend trying the following steps (as previously outlined in Becky's reply):
-Clear browser cache, cookies, and temporary files.
-Make sure your browser content settings accept first and third-party cookies.
-If your browser is out-of-date, update to the latest browser version.
-Try a different browser.
-Do you have hundreds of emails in your Inbox? Deleting or filing Inbox emails into folders may speed up the Inbox.
-Changing your Inbox "View" setting to List View can often speed up the Inbox.
Are you getting a specific error message? Please let us know.
