If you are having latency issues when accessing Webmail via a web browser, we suggest the following:
- Clear browser cache, cookies, and temporary files.
- Make sure your browser content settings accept first and third-party cookies.
- If your browser is out-of-date, update to the latest browser version.
- Try a different browser.
- Do you have hundreds of emails in your Inbox? Deleting or filing Inbox emails into folders may speed up the Inbox.
- Changing your Inbox "View" setting to List View can often speed up the Inbox.
If you are getting a specific error message or are unable to access your Webmail Inbox, please let us know.
