Terrible internet, phone and tv in Palos Verdes....since March....when will an upgrade happen?
I have had terrible internet, cable tv and phone since March in Palos Verdes.
Now school will begin with the internet.
Will COX fix this....ever?

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing so many service issues. I checked the modem from this end and it appears online but the router connected doesn't appear to be requesting an IP address. It might be helpful to try connecting a computer directly to the modem then resetting the modem and see if that works any better.
