TC-W7960 Firmware Update

I have a personal TP-Link TC-W7960 router I use for residential Internet service.

Hardware Version V1.1
Software Version v1.0.3 Build 20160127 Rel358240

I am looking for a more recent software version, as the current build is over 2 years old. From what I've found online, others have encountered this same issue and have been directed by TP-Link to contact their ISP for a firmware update.

If this is the case, how do I go about getting a software update for this router?
