Successful Transition With Insufficient Funds
I recently got charged an amount that I didn't have on my account associated to paying my Cox bill. On Coxs' end, the payment was successful. On my bank's end, it was not. Now my wifi is not working. Is this just coincidental timing our is my successful payment without the funds the cause? Best thing to do it wait a few days but I need Internet connection for work. Any tips would help! (Calling both billing and technical agents didn't help too much except scheduling a technician to visit)
